What and how can I customize my order?
To customize, please contact us directly. We'll verify your request via email before you purchase “your image here.”
Customization options:
- Bag color: White or Black
- Image: One color included, add $10 per extra color
- Interior: Double tool loop or inside pocket
Email a screenshot of your desired image, and we'll confirm printability by sending a mockup. Payment is due after approval, and orders ship within three days of payment.
All bags come with four outer loops, three outside pockets, and customizable side pockets with adjustable depths.
Custom orders can take up to two weeks.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I buy these at a store?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our materials are sourced from the United States. All products are printed and manufactured in-house at our facility in Enumclaw, WA.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for manufacturer defects. Email us a photo of the defect within 14 days of receiving your item. Must be an unused product. In your email, describe the issue so we can arrange a refund or replacement.
